Recently one subscriber asked me the following question:

Hi Gustavo,

What are the top emotional, mental and physical resources, rituals and relationships that highly effective energy healers like you use to keep your vibrations high and better able to fulfill your life’s vision?

So I thought the answer would make a great blog post and hopefully help many people gain new insights and resources on how to raise and maintain a higher vibrational state.

1. PHYSICAL REALM

Let’s start with the things I do to keep my body in an optimal state. Contrary to what many spiritually oriented people believe, you are the body. The body is actually your first level of consciousness along with the subconscious mind.

Simply put you are your body, but the body is not the totality of who you are rather only a part of it. That being said in this reality we are currently stationed the body is extremely important.

Not taking care of your body can actually be detrimental to your frequency and your overall experience here in the 3D. People who constantly feel tired and sick will tend to experience more emotional fluctuations and become more reactive towards other people and other holographic projections.

Re-member, the key is not to transcend the body but to bring transcendence into the body. And for this to happen your body must vibrate within the frequencies of health, energy and vitality.

EXERCISE

Yoga: I practice Ashtanga Yoga at least 3 times per week. This is a vigorous form of Yoga that helps me keep my body balanced, open and flexible.

Walking: almost everyday I walk for at least half an hour. And now with my baby daughter I am even more motivated to go out for a walk and enjoy the world. I like to combine walks with going to places of nature: parks, gardens, the beach, mountains, etc.

Surfing: being in the ocean is one of my biggest passions and surfing is the ultimate experience. I don’t really think of it as exercise yet I do work out a lot when I’m spending 2-3 hours paddling for waves and getting barreled. It’s also the perfect combination of exercise and nature. Try to find a hobby that combines both nature and exercise.

NUTRITION

There is a lot of truth in the saying “You are what you eat.” In today’s world is imperative to find clean sources of nutrition.

I aim to include a cornucopia of raw and whole-foods in my diet. Lots of organic fruits, vegetables and leafy greens help keep my body and gut bacteria properly nourished. Supplements are also a big part of my lifestyle, things like medicinal mushrooms, maca, spirulina, chlorella, green powders and more.

DETOX

Nutrition is extremely important, but sometimes is not what you take but what you don’t ingest that will provide you with incredible health benefits.

Getting clean water is extremely important as our waters are highly contaminated. Most large cities in the U.S. have water systems that are 75 to 100 years old. Many of them have lead contamination problems and the government agencies are covering them up.  Some of the toxins poisoning our water supply are:

+ Heavy metals
+ Plastics
+ Chlorine
+ Microbes
+ Pesticides (disrupts your gut flora)
+ Prescription Meds
+ Fluoride

I use Berkey Water filter and it does a phenomenal job at cleaning my water of most of these poisons.

In addition to this I try to completely eliminate or greatly diminish my consumption of dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, GMO’s, highly processed foods and meat.

This approach keeps my body healthy. It also helps regulate my hormones so that I can sleep well, feel energized throughout the day and be in a good mood. I find that when I’m tired or I eat junk food I tend to get more irritable and I am less focused.

2. EMOTIONAL, MENTAL and SPIRITUAL REALM

Emotional Processing: unwinding emotions is one of the most important things I do on a daily basis. E-motions are energy in motion. However, as a society we have been conditioned to resist and suppress our emotions. We are taught to avoid feeling things like fear, sadness and anger.

However, to me these emotions are all ENTRY POINTS to more expanded states of being. When I allow my body to fully sense an emotion the energy start to flow dynamically through my field of consciousness until I experience a shift. In this way all emotions are a gateway to more expanded states.

You cannot think yourself present, you can only FEEL yourself present.  Unresolved emotions represent one the biggest energy blockages that negatively affect people the most. I have included a video from one of my paid trainings where I explained the step by step protocol I use on how to process emotions.

Meditation: I have been sitting down for years to mediate for 30-60 minutes using binaural beats that effortlessly change my brainwaves from alpha to theta and finally to delta.

Meditation has an array of benefits for the brain, the body, your mind and emotions. While I am meditating this way I can also combine it with emotional processing, energy clearings or repeating a mantra.

Energy healing: transmuting energy blockages is my forte and what helps me permanently clear energy blockages that lower my frequency and compromise the integrity of my auric field.

The main clearings I perform on myself are the following:

  1. Auric Clearings: in the beginning I perform auric clearings almost on a weekly basis. Now I usually do 1 or 2 deep auric clearings a year to keep the integrity of my auric field.
  2. Karma Removals: this is the energy clearing I use the most on myself and on my clients. Being able to clear karmic imprints is a must whenever I want to transcend a karmic loop.
  3. Shadow Self Integration: whenever I find myself in a sabotaging pattern I make sure to clear the karmic imprints, soul fragments and energy blockages related to the source of the shadow self archetypes that are responsible for my negative behaviors, feelings and thinking.
  4. DNA Activation: your DNA template is the blueprint of your consciousness. Humans have a 12 strand DNA Template which allows 12 dimensions of consciousness, however most humans are operating using only 3.5 strands of DNA. Activating the dormant strands of my DNA has expedited the embodiment of my Higher Self.

Reading: books are portals and ways to program your consciousness. In this day and age of social media distraction, reading a book can transport you into a new realm of thoughts, feelings and emotions while heightening focus and state of presence.

4. Manifestation

I often get asked if I practice affirmations, visualizations or if I create vision boards. Even though I have dabbled with all these techniques in the past I have found more efficient ways to program my consciousness and bend the matrix.

Gratitude: this highly underrated practice will change your life. In the morning I grab my Gratitude Journal and I write down 3-5 things I am grateful for. Each day I write new things to be grateful for, from the biggest things all the way to the smallest experiences.

This exercise programs my Reticular Activating System to constantly look for more things to be grateful for. So instead of having my brain constantly look for things to worry about it is actively looking for and finding things to be grateful for.

Gratitude is one of the highest frequency states you can embody and like most states of being, you can practice and condition yourself to be in that state.

Wonder statements: instead of doing affirmations or visualizations I practice what are called wonder statements. Let me give you an example of how an affirmation and a wonder statement are different:

AFFIRMATION: I live in abundance everyday.

WONDER STATEMENT: I wonder what it might be about living in abundance everyday.

When you use an affirmation that is not congruent with your present reality there is usually a level of resistance. The mind goes “Yeah right…you don’t live in abundance!”

But with a wonder statement you are creating a void that is not limited by your current reality or how you think it should or could manifest. The frequency of wonder opens you up and creates a void which the universe MUST fill. And because there is no visualization involved it is truly boundless and limitless.

I love doing wonder statements after I have finished an energy healing session or done some emotional processing.

15D Manifestation Technique: My gratitude journal also serves as my manifestation journal. Whenever I have a specific goal or outcome in mind that I desire to achieve I make sure to do a manifestation technique that programs my chakras and DNA with my brilliant intent. 5. CONTRIBUTION

One of the best ways to enhance the joy of living and keeping my vibration high is helping others. I get to contribute to others through my blog, webinars and private sessions.

That being said I have found that doing random acts of kindness, even if they are small, greatly boost my levels of happiness and send a ripple effect through my field of consciousness that keeps me in a higher state of mind.

Helping others, in healthy ways (no need to be a martyr and disregard your wellbeing), can be one of the most fulfilling things you can do in life.

7. RELATIONSHIP

The relationship I have with my wife is a constant opportunity for me to connect, share and be in the frequencies of love. The act of making conscious love is one of the most powerful, healing and transcendental experiences there is. I’m eternally grateful to have such a beautiful soul by my side and be able to merge with her and experience the Divine.

Having frequent sex with someone you truly love is a great way to become more present and channel the powerful sexual energies up your spine.

6. PARENTING

Recently I became a parent and I have to say that being in the presence of my daughter, taking care of her, making eye contact and playing with her are some of the most incredibly satisfying experiences life has give me. She is a portal for me to become child-like, to be present and stay in a state of wonder.

CONCLUSION

The tools and resources mentioned above are the ones that I resonate with and work best for me. You might find other ways to change, raise and maintain your frequency, whatever works for you is OK.

The key is to find ways to effectively clear the energetic blockages that are causing negatively affecting your frequency and keep you stuck in a karmic loop. For me clearing auric attachments, karmic imprints and practicing emotional processing are the only things that promote TRUE and PERMANENT change.

Then the rest of the tools are two simply enhance and expand my high frequency state. The most important thing however is to have fun and engage in things that keep you in a state of wonder and deep presence.
